About Libba 

How would your life change if you knew you had the innate ability to receive divine guidance, manifest a desired goal, and discover your life purpose even in the midst of challenging times?


All of us possess this skill. All of us have "had that feeling" when something isn't right, or something just clicks. Some of us choose to trust it; others choose to ignore it. I teach people how to embrace it.


You might know me as the founder of Outpost for Hope, a nonprofit mission I started in 1999 to shine the light on missing persons lost among the homeless.

I was an advocate for over 20 years helping families search for their lost loved ones, training law enforcement and crisis responders about this vulnerable population of adults and children. But I never spoke publicly until now about the divine guidance I received to start the mission and the miracles that occurred as I learned to co-create with heaven. 


The Law of Attraction is real and the Universe wishes to help you fulfill your dreams and goals. And you have the power, through intention and divinely guided action, to co-create with God and the heavens to transform setbacks into triumphs. How do I know? Because my world shattered and my intuition opened when my sister disappeared over 20 years ago and everything I 'thought' I knew changed in an instant. My family and I went from initially no help from the police or the media when my sister vanished, to me hearing angels and being divinely guided to create a national nonprofit mission for missing persons.   With the help of heaven to guide me,  I learned how to transform challenges into miracles and went on to receive media attention in  People  magazine,  Reader's Digest  and other high profile outlets, even inspiring a  Lifetime television movie  that has been seen in over 20 countries around the world.   I know with certainty that you have the same access to Divine Guidance and that the Law of Attraction really works.
