Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT

Appointments booked through my site require a nonrefundable full pre-payment by credit card to reserve your space.

• A nonrefundable full payment will be charged when you schedule your appointment due to Libba's schedule and the courtesy of other clients.  If you need to reschedule your appointment, kindly give a minimum of 48-hour advance notice by email.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment and you will be rescheduled as soon as possible.   
• If you are a no show or later than 5 minutes after the appointment time - the appointment will not be rescheduled. 
• Connect to your appointment via zoom link or by phone if you have requested Libba call you for your session.  Please be in a quiet place with no other people in the room and with no distractions; ie not driving.
